Over his career, Ross has built and led the in-house German teams of two companies and worked closely with top-tier domestic and international firms. His experience spans a broad spectrum of roles, from in-house counsel to senior Associates and Partners. He has partnered with a diverse range of clients — from DAX40 corporations to ambitious start-ups and venture capital funds — giving him a unique perspective on the evolving needs of the German legal market.

As a former Royal Marines Commando, Ross loves to challenge himself. He is a passionate golfer and tennis player, an ultra-marathon runner, and an avid motorbike enthusiast, having recently completed a journey riding the length of Vietnam.
