He specializes in strategically growing both domestic and international law firms, matching and optimizing business cases across the market, and finding strategic solutions to his client’s recruitment problems. Speaking English, French, Spanish, Russian, and Italian, having lived and worked across the globe, he is able to understand a wide range of business cultures and match skillsets and aspirations effectively.

Mathew has a proven track record in the legal sector, advising private practice law firms in the UK, Europe, and the USA on talent acquisition solutions for fee-earning lawyers, from Associate to Partner level, across a range of corporate practice areas.
Previously, he led the Legal recruitment division of a London-based recruitment firm, and held an in-house advisory role at Revolut.
An avid cyclist, he has represented Great Britain in European and World Championship competitions.
